We are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed legal technology business operating at the forefront of legal innovation. Our client is building a next-generation platform that is transforming how legal professionals draft, research, collaborate and manage their work with advanced AI embedded throughout. With an established customer base and strong product-led growth to date, the business is now investing in building a scalable demand generation engine. This is a unique opportunity to join as the first dedicated marketing hire and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial trajectory of the company. This is a true build role, not a maintenance role.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning growth strategy and pipeline generation end to end
  • Defining target customers, messaging and channel strategy
  • Building and optimising paid and organic acquisition
  • Developing content that drives pipeline and supports sales
  • Tracking performance, attribution and ROI across all activity
  • Working closely with sales to improve conversion and lead quality

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years in growth or demand generation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid channels such as Google and LinkedIn
  • Commercial mindset with strong data and attribution skills
  • Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams
  • Right to work in the USA

Nice to have

  • Experience in LegalTech, compliance or regulated markets
  • Exposure to product-led growth or account-based marketing
