With an established customer base and strong product-led growth to date, the business is now investing in building a scalable demand generation engine. This is a unique opportunity to join as the first dedicated marketing hire and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial trajectory of the company. This is a true build role, not a maintenance role.
Job Responsibility
Owning growth strategy and pipeline generation end to end
Defining target customers, messaging and channel strategy
Building and optimising paid and organic acquisition
Developing content that drives pipeline and supports sales
Tracking performance, attribution and ROI across all activity
Working closely with sales to improve conversion and lead quality
Requirements
5 to 8 years in growth or demand generation within B2B SaaS
Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
Strong hands-on experience with paid channels such as Google and LinkedIn
Commercial mindset with strong data and attribution skills
Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams
Right to work in the USA
Nice to have
Experience in LegalTech, compliance or regulated markets
Exposure to product-led growth or account-based marketing
