Job Description

Strategic, analytical, and results-driven role to help accelerate adoption, engagement, and retention across digital ecosystem. Drive onboarding, activation, and engagement programs across in-app, email, push, and emerging digital channels. Work cross-functionally to uncover insights, refine targeting and messaging, and deliver high-performing, full-funnel campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze customer and product data to uncover insights and inform growth strategies
  • Assess operational and financial impact of marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses
  • Support and execute growth initiatives across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests
  • Maintain a coordinated marketing calendar and manage campaign execution
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science teams
  • Document insights and share learnings

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related function focused on problem-solving and experimentation
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset
  • Ability to use data to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions
  • Curiosity about customer behavior
  • Experience in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker)
