Job Description

You will own end-to-end growth for Pillfolio, FIRERIX’s medication management app. This role blends product marketing, healthcare-friendly growth tactics, and AI-powered execution. Your goal is to drive user adoption, retention, and credibility in a regulated healthcare environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own Pillfolio’s growth strategy from launch to scale
  • Plan and execute outreach to patients, caregivers, and pharmacies
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) and review strategy
  • Build and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and onboarding flows
  • Work with Product & Engineering to improve activation and retention
  • Use AI tools for content creation, analytics, experimentation, and automation
  • Track KPIs: installs, activation rate, retention, CAC
  • Patient-focused education campaigns (med adherence, reminders)
  • Pharmacy-facing value propositions (patient engagement, loyalty)
  • Content partnerships with healthcare blogs and communities

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, product marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience with mobile apps (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, analytics, and experimentation
  • Comfortable working with AI tools (LLMs, automation, analytics)
  • Clear, ethical communication mindset (healthcare-sensitive)
