Growth Marketing Associate

• Support the development and expansion of paid search campaigns in the auto insurance space
• Assist in building and executing testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, conversion signals, and more
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to develop campaign briefs with precise messaging and targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics daily, identifying and flagging trends or opportunities
• Analyze marketing performance data and synthesize insights to share with stakeholders across the team

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, performance advertising, or a related role
• Proficiency with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy development, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with paid search optimization tactics such as bid management and quality score improvement
• Strong SQL skills required: Ability to use SQL for data analysis and reporting to optimize campaign performance
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights and campaign strategy to internal teams
• Bonus: Experience with Bing Ads
