We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Marketer to own and accelerate UXMagic's user acquisition, activation, and retention engine. You'll work directly with the founding team to craft and execute strategies that drive meaningful growth, experimenting across channels, doubling down on what works, and building scalable systems from scratch. This is not a 'run the playbook' role. You'll be shaping the playbook.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end growth strategy, from top-of-funnel awareness to activation and retention
Run rapid, high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, SEO, email, and community channels
Analyse product analytics and funnel data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on ROI
Drive product-led growth initiatives in partnership with the product team
Develop SEO strategy and content plans targeting designers, product managers, and founders
Own lifecycle marketing: onboarding sequences, engagement campaigns, and reactivation flows
Build and nurture a community around UXMagic across relevant design and product communities
Set up and maintain growth dashboards
report on KPIs and present learnings to the team
Identify and develop partnerships, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS or PLG startup
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel/Amplitude, HubSpot, and ad platforms
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and reducing CAC
Experience with SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
Excellent written communication skills — you can craft messaging that resonates
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
experience marketing to designers, product managers, or developer audiences
familiarity with AI tools, design tools (Figma), or the no-code/low-code space
