Job Description:

As a Growth Marketing Executive/Sr Executive, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across digital platforms. Depending on your experience, you will own or support various marketing initiatives such as social media, campaign execution, content creation, partnerships, and performance reporting.

Job Responsibility:

manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (X, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.)
create and distribute content that is timely, relevant, and engaging
plan and execute product and user campaigns from end-to-end, including coordination with internal stakeholders and partners
write, design, and publish content for various touchpoints
build relationships with industry partners, influencers, and communities to amplify brand messaging
track campaign metrics, analyze engagement, and run A/B tests
stay updated on crypto trends, user needs, and social media shifts
manage internal processes, document best practices, and contribute to playbook development
mentor junior marketers and manage freelancers or agencies to scale output

Requirements:

3–6 months of marketing internship or junior experience, ideally in digital, crypto, or fintech
strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital P.R.
proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, GSheets
excellent written and verbal English communication
passion for crypto/blockchain/finance is a strong plus
high attention to detail and strong project ownership
self-starter with a bias to action and continuous learning

Nice to have:

experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL, or automation tools
passion for crypto/blockchain/finance
