Job Description

You will support the execution and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid social and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on in campaign management, comfortable working with performance data, and excited to test new channels and approaches to drive efficient customer acquisition. You will work closely with Analytics and Creative partners to launch campaigns, monitor performance, surface insights, and support experimentation across channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of CLEAR’s digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including paid search, display, paid social, and new channels
  • Own execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta), including audience setup, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance optimization, with an emphasis on testing and scaling new paid social initiatives
  • Track daily and weekly performance, identify trends or anomalies, and surface insights to improve results
  • Maintain daily and weekly marketing performance data (e.g., spend, campaign results, experimentation outcomes) in Looker dashboards
  • Assist with creative, audience, and campaign tests. Track outcomes, summarize learnings, and recommend next steps
  • Manage communication with external partners (e.g.,checking deliverables, providing status updates) and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with approvals for campaigns, partners, and creative assets to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Partner with the Creative team to manage asset tracking and provide performance feedback by platform and audience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns
  • Experience managing a creative process with internal or external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with performance data and marketing metrics
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insights
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in growth marketing
