You will join our Marketing team and report directly to Claire. You will also work day to day with Miquel. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role. You will operate across two different growth contexts: An established self-serve growth engine where optimization matters; A new product launch where traction and learning matter more than refinement. You will run experiments end to end. You will connect acquisition to activation and retention. You will help us move faster and learn faster.
Job Responsibility:
Own and optimize paid acquisition
Manage and improve campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
Run structured experiments on targeting, positioning, creative, and landing pages
Collaborate on ad creatives and landing page improvements using tools like Canva, Figma, and AI-assisted workflows
Use paid channels to test ICP hypotheses and messaging
Connect paid performance to activation and retention metrics
Drive experimentation across the full funnel
Contribute across acquisition, activation, and retention
Identify friction in signup, onboarding, and pricing flows
Run experiments related to referrals, affiliates, product-led loops, churn reduction, and reactivation
Document hypotheses clearly and scale what works
Support early-stage growth for a new product
Explore potential distribution channels before heavy execution
Test early-stage acquisition hypotheses across communities, partnerships, and product loops
Design lean experiments focused on traction and learning
Operate comfortably in ambiguity and iterate quickly
Use data to drive decisions
Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio
Track KPIs across the funnel
Share structured learnings that influence prioritization
Requirements:
3–5 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or PLG roles in SaaS
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing at least one paid acquisition channel
Experience improving conversion across landing pages, onboarding, or lifecycle flows
Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect metrics to business outcomes
Experience using tools such as Looker, GA4, Amplitude, or similar
Experience working cross-functionally on growth initiatives
Strong prioritization and project ownership skills
Fluent English (C2), written and spoken
Comfortable working fully remote
Nice to have:
Experience with community-led or affiliate growth
Exposure to early-stage product launches
Experience in PLG B2B SaaS environments
Strong AI-native habits and automation mindset
