We are looking for our 2nd marketing hire to own full-funnel marketing initiatives across paid channels, product marketing, and content. This role is ideal for a scrappy, analytically-minded marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves working on both creative and performance-driven projects.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-funnel marketing initiatives across paid channels, product marketing, and content
Work across teams - with product, design, CSMs, and founders - to drive acquisition, communicate product value, and build a strong inbound motion
Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.
Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and creative
Define and execute SEO strategy to grow organic demo signups
Manage content pipeline: landing pages, blog posts, and search-optimized articles
Set up and manage email campaigns in tools like Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell
Own lifecycle marketing flows - onboarding, feature education, re-engagement, etc
Requirements:
Have 3-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred)
Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before
Are comfortable working across product, design, and GTM
Are a strong writer with a clear, concise tone
Are data-driven and know your way around CAC and funnel metrics
Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Nice to have:
Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech
Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers
Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows
