We are hiring a Growth Manager to own and scale RemotivateJobs. This is not a pure marketing or sales role. You will be responsible for building repeatable growth systems—driving employer demand, partnerships, and revenue—while positioning RemotivateJobs as a premium alternative to traditional job boards. The role has clear revenue ownership, autonomy, and long-term upside.
Job Responsibility:
Own the growth strategy for RemotivateJobs
Drive employer acquisition through scalable channels (partnerships, outbound, communities, affiliates)
Build and execute strategic partnerships and distribution deals
Position RemotivateJobs as a premium, results-driven hiring solution
Track and optimize key growth metrics (postings, revenue, conversion, retention)
Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to align growth with hiring quality
Design and iterate on experiments to unlock sustainable growth
Requirements:
Proven experience scaling a job board, marketplace, SaaS, or recruitment platform
Strong commercial mindset with revenue accountability
Hands-on experience with growth experimentation and analytics
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Bonus: experience in recruitment, HR tech, or remote hiring ecosystems
