We are seeking a Manager, Global Growth, Revenue Funnel to work with the Head of Growth to develop and deliver Airwallex’s Growth strategy. In this role, you will shape the global growth playbook. You'll own the growth dashboard, partner with commercial leaders and Growth verticals, and map the self-serve and product adoption journeys to unlock measurable wins across markets.
Job Responsibility:
Own the growth dashboard and business reviews - partner with regional commercial teams and other Growth verticals to drive clarity and action
Map regional growth levers with a deep understanding of self-serve/SME/product adoption journeys - define ICP, value propositions, growth initiatives, and success metrics with regional Strategy & Operations and SME leads
Run customer segmentation and ICP (global and regional) with Revenue Strategy & Operations (global/regional) to inform strategy, and Marketing to inform targeting and messaging
Track the regional competitor landscape in Growth space - convert insights into concrete adaptations across campaigns, content, and lifecycle messaging
Requirements:
5+ years of work experience in corporate or revenue/sales strategy, operations or a commercially focused role
Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
Demonstrated experience in independently driving projects whilst navigating ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others effectively across teams
Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a startup or scale-up
Bachelor’s degree

Previous work experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or fintech
Experience running value-based transformations in growth work streams
