Job Description

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for creating a delightful web experience that maximizes the number of leads we generate through our website. You’ll work directly with our engineering, data and design teams to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience and build a unique, differentiated web experience that compels site visitors to become Ramp customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive net new leads for Ramp, with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on our website and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns
  • Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams
  • Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website performance and uncover trends and opportunities
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, user traffic patterns, and sales lead generation
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals
  • Collaborate across Growth and Marketing teams to coordinate web launches and automate workflows through AI to accelerate processes and bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner
  • Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate and improve your work
