Job Description:

We're seeking a Senior Growth Manager to join our Northeast team! A Senior Growth Manager is responsible for obtaining new parking supply from our largest partners, and collaborating with other Revenue Team functions to optimize performance at existing locations. This role drives revenue growth through relationship building & engagement, client consultation & education, and up-selling & cross-selling of new products and features. You will act as a strategic advisor to parking partners, to ensure they get the maximum value from the SpotHero platform and that a mutually beneficial relationship endures. You will act as a mentor to more junior sales roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across multiple major markets
  • Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders
  • Lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Field Operations functions to communicate regularly with existing partners to ensure that operations are constantly running as smoothly as possible
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Empower clients’ to manage their day to day requests via SpotHero’s various account management tools
  • Nurture long-term industry relationships and build trust with clients
  • Establish regular communication cadences with clients
  • Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings
  • Attend industry related conferences and tradeshows, if applicable
  • Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness
  • Stay current on industry trends
  • Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients through attending social events
  • Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained
  • Work with Region Managers to develop junior team members
  • Work cross functionally to improve internal processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in sales and account management
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to travel and meet with clients in person locally
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Desire to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
  • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • CRM Experience, Salesforce preferred
  • BI Tool Experience, Looker preferred
  • Parking Industry experience
