Job Description

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our expanding Growth & Revenue Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own the narrative of how we grow. You’ll work with Growth Data Science team to transform deep analytics into high-conviction decisions, build intelligence models, and spotlight the biggest levers across our funnel. Your work becomes the weekly pulse of Growth with clear KPIs, crisp insights, and actions that moce the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the growth metrics and weekly business reviews - track KPIs, spotlight drivers, and run the weekly update with the Head of Growth
  • Evolve our Customer 360 with Data Science - expand and enrich data features to sharpen our understanding of customers
  • Build customer intelligence models with Data Science - e.g., GP prediction, reward intent - that inform prioritization and go-to-market
  • Lead customer segmentation and ICP models with Data Science
  • Translate deep-dive analytics into growth plays - funnel, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC, with clear recommendations and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-growth businesses working in growth acceleration, go-to-market (GTM), sales operations, or business development
  • Exposure to revenue/sales operations in a B2B environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of growth funnel, customer journey and sales process
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, fintech, startups, or a dedicated growth function
  • Demonstrated experience running experiments and taking hypothesis-driven approaches to improve revenue or GTM efficiency
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, financial modeling, and campaign performance monitoring
  • Experience partnering with data science teams on analytics or machine learning–related workstreams
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic environment
