We’re looking for a Growth Manager to build and execute the campaigns that amplify Verkada’s brand and expand our reach in the market. In this role, you’ll own integrated brand awareness programs across paid, owned, and earned channels – including TV/CTV, social, digital, OOH, and experiential. As part of your broader campaign portfolio, you’ll also lead marketing efforts for VerkadaOne, our flagship annual user conference and its corresponding World Tour events. You’ll develop strategies, toolkits, and programs that drive awareness, attendance, and year-over-year growth for one of our most visible brand moments. Reporting into Brand and Corporate Marketing, this is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Brand and Awareness Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that increase awareness across top of funnel channels like TV/CTV, OLV, social, podcasts, digital, out-of-home, and experiential
Drive VerkadaOne Awareness and Attendance: Own marketing strategy and execution to meet VerkadaOne attendance and engagement goals that convert prospects, customers, and partners into attendees
Measure and Optimize Performance: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and build insights-driven recommendations to optimize ROI, reach, and channel effectiveness
Champion Brand Consistency: Maintain strong brand integrity across campaigns, creative assets, events, paid placements, and digital touchpoints
Drive Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Events, Sales, and Web teams to align priorities and coordinate flawless execution
Requirements:
Strategic + Hands-On Experience: Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies that span multiple channels and funnel stages
Track Record of Experimentation: Comfort with testing new ideas, optimizing quickly, and scaling successes in a fast-paced environment
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and make decisions based on insights (Excel proficiency required
SQL a plus)
Creativity + Problem-Solving: A builder mindset with the ability to think outside the box and identify new levers for growth
Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success collaborating with sales, product marketing, ops, and creative teams
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a top university (top 20 preferred). Prior experience leading growth at an early-stage (Series A–C) startup or high-growth B2B company strongly preferred
