At Uber, we close the gap between the digital and physical worlds to move people and things in real time. As the Consumer Growth Lead for Sweden, you will shape and execute the demand and consumer growth strategy to position Uber Eats as the preferred food delivery platform in the market. This isn't a role where you follow a polished playbook—it's one where you help write it. You will own high-impact initiatives spanning large-scale data analysis, complex problem-solving, and the end-to-end execution of growth programs that reach millions of Eaters. This role is ideal for an analytical self-starter who thrives on ownership and is energized by a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment. The work is deeply rewarding but operationally complex; you must be comfortable moving seamlessly between high-level P&L strategy and gritty, hands-on implementation. We operate at global scale under real-world constraints, meaning you will need to make smart, high-stakes decisions with imperfect information. If you possess a low-ego, collaborative mindset, a relentless curiosity, and the resilience to navigate shifting market priorities, this is where you’ll grow.

Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and ensure data-driven decision-making across teams
Run Rigorous Experiments: Formulate hypotheses, design, and evaluate structural marketplace experiments, balancing speed with statistical precision to continuously optimize conversion and return on investment
Execute High-Stakes Campaigns: Own and deploy end-to-end lifecycle growth programs across owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc.), managing the operational messiness and tight timelines of an explosive growth market
