Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Manager of Revenue Operations and Growth to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. Reporting to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Breef’s revenue strategy and development
  • Oversee our current (and future) growth team
  • Own our sales processes and optimizations from lead generation to deal closure
  • Manage sales forecasting and analytics
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets
  • Own the lifecycle management of Breef Customers
  • Oversee our operational tech stack and systems
  • Partner closely with leadership and the larger organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot and proficiency in standard revenue operations tools and technologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
