We are seeking a strategic Manager of Revenue Operations and Growth to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. Reporting to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Breef’s revenue strategy and development
Oversee our current (and future) growth team
Own our sales processes and optimizations from lead generation to deal closure
Manage sales forecasting and analytics
Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets
Own the lifecycle management of Breef Customers
Oversee our operational tech stack and systems
Partner closely with leadership and the larger organization
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making
Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels
Extensive experience with HubSpot and proficiency in standard revenue operations tools and technologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Nice to have:
