We’re looking for someone to own our Growth program and take Harmonic to the next level. You will own the execution engine that generates qualified sales conversations across all target segments. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that’s imperative for continued business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
Work closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make investment decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability
Requirements:
~5 years of experience in growth/marketing
a track record of owning measurable outcomes
demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels (referral programs, outbound, content, etc.)
track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
a desire to work in person
