As Growth Lead, you will define and execute our global growth strategy with end-to-end ownership across the funnel. Your mission is to drive sustainable lead acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across competitive B2B and enterprise health-tech markets. You will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in shaping mediaire’s market presence and commercial success. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You bring deep expertise in growth-focused digital marketing and analytics, a strong performance mindset, and a clear understanding of how to scale acquisition, conversion, and monetisation in complex, innovation-driven environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are motivated by building measurable impact in a clinically relevant, real-world product space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute a digital growth strategy aligned with business goals
  • Own growth KPIs and identify opportunities across the full funnel (acquisition to monetisation)
  • Lead and optimise paid and owned channels (search, social, display), SEO/SEM, email lifecycle, and content initiatives
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns based on performance, insights, and ROI
  • Manage media planning and marketing budgets across markets
  • Define measurement frameworks and dashboards for key growth metrics
  • Drive A/B testing, attribution, and funnel optimisation to refine growth levers
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical teams on messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed

Requirements:

  • Background in Digital Marketing, Economics, Communication, Design, or similar fields
  • Strong experience in digital B2B inbound marketing with clear ownership of lead generation
  • Proven track record in driving lead acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, and growth analytics
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, and ideally Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Consulting environments
  • Familiarity with startup or scale-up settings
  • Proactive, performance-driven team player with strong ownership mindset
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
  • Fluent in English and German
