Fever is looking for a Growth Headquarter Manager to lead its operations in Argentina's headquarters and focus on the American markets. The role involves creating and managing a team to help expand Fever's growth in the region by making data-driven strategic decisions while working closely with different business departments. The candidate will also be involved in high-impact, global projects to define the future of live entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets

  • Take lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
  • At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
  • A high level of English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience working with the North American market is a plus
  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
  • Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
  • Generate high business impact based on your decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
  • Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
  • Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
