Growth Graduate Program

• Collaborate with multiple teams to help develop and implement growth strategies
• Work on special projects related to improving key business metrics and optimizing operations
• Help monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies
• Provide support in creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders

• Recently graduated in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics with business interest
• Passion for data analysis and business strategy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English (Spanish, French, Italian, Korean or Portuguese is a plus)
