We are seeking a Growth Efficiency Analyst with a structured mindset who is passionate about enhancing efficiency and consistently drives tasks to completion. As a key member of the W&A team, you will assist in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments under the guidance of senior analysts, support the complete development lifecycle of these processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution, conduct detailed audits to streamline team requirements, enhancing overall operational efficiency, help align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures, engage with departments worldwide, spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities, to support key processes from day one.

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
  • At least 1 - 3 years experience in an analytics/strategy role
  • Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker with a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus, as is proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
