  • Shapes experience driven leadership and manager development aligned to business needs
  • Partners with Talent Management to build transparent, skills-based career pathways and development signals

  • Partners with Total Rewards to align skill and capability growth with pay-for-performance frameworks

Requirements

  • 8+ years in learning, capability building, or enablement roles supporting product and software companies, with a demonstrated track record of practical, in-flow solutions
  • Proven success in modernizing learning ecosystems and building end-to-end onboarding for complex products/industries
  • Experience translating business strategy and capability needs into role-based pathways and manager tools

  • Excellent communication and content design skills, with the ability to operate independently and a strong bias for action in a fast-moving, global environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology or engineering-centric companies and/or product organizations
  • Background in capability academies, communities of practice, and SME-driven content models
  • Experience integrating performance enablement and goals with learning journeys in partnership with Talent Management
  • Change management experience and comfort rolling out new ways of working with leaders and teams

What we offer

  • A great Team and culture
  • An exciting career as an integral part of a world-leading software company providing solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction
  • An attractive salary and benefits package
  • A commitment to inclusion, belonging and colleague wellbeing through global initiatives and resource groups
  • A company committed to making a real difference by advancing the world’s infrastructure for better quality of life, where your contributions help build a more sustainable, connected, and resilient world
