We’re looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Manager (B2B) to join our global marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive full‑funnel demand generation strategies that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of global B2B brands.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead scalable demand generation strategies aligned to business and revenue goals
Drive end‑to‑end, multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, email, and web
Accelerate pipeline growth through the generation of high‑quality MQLs and SQLs
Oversee paid media performance, optimisation, and ROI across global markets
Lead website strategy and CRO initiatives to improve conversion and user journeys
Build and optimise marketing automation and lead‑nurture programs across the full funnel
Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on lead scoring, funnel stages, and campaign execution
Own performance reporting, attribution, and insights to drive continuous improvement
Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital specialists across automation, paid media, SEO, and digital channels
Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
5+ years’ leadership experience within a global or multi‑brand environment
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead lifecycles, and sales alignment
Expertise across digital channels, including paid media, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation
Proven ability to work across regions, time zones, and diverse stakeholder groups
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Certifications in Google Ads (GA4), Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Experience with marketing attribution models, reporting tools, and data governance
Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and personalisation strategies
Experience aligning SEO and content strategies with paid media campaigns
Familiarity with enterprise martech ecosystems and integrations
