You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
At least 1 - 3 years experience in an analytics/strategy role
Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker with a strong willingness to learn
Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
