Job Description

Growth Data Analyst role at UpGuard supporting Marketing and Sales funnel measurement, providing leadership, prediction and reliability to help Growth and Demand functions make decisions. The role involves extracting insights from data, building dashboards, and supporting teams to identify efficient channels and segments for customer acquisition.

Job Responsibility

  • Be a decision-maker with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

  • Analyze and work with Data Engineering team to connect systems end-to-end

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Analytics, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Mathematical, Scientific or Quantitative Marketing field
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills
  • Deep commercial acumen
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Hands-on experience with a modern GTM tech stack
  • Ability to work with data from systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Segment

Nice to have

  • Experience building predictive models
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing attribution
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools
  • History of presenting findings directly to senior leadership
