Job Description

Alan is looking for a Growth Content Specialist to join the Growth team to create content at volume, build scalable multi-markets processes, and balance brand with performance. You'll shape Alan's organic growth trajectory as we scale across Europe and beyond.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and scale the content engine to make organic search Alan's #1 acquisition channel across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
  • Accelerate content production (own and execute content calendar across formats)
  • Drive measurable business impact through strategic content (generate awareness, conversions, position Alan as a leader)
  • Expand and localize content across markets (adapt framework for Spain, Belgium, Canada)
  • Leverage AI to work smarter (build custom AI agents, optimize for AI search, test workflows)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of content/copywriting experience
  • At least 1-2 years in high-growth tech or scale-up environment
  • Exceptional writing craft across formats (blogs, guides, landing pages)
  • SEO fundamentals (keyword research, semantic analysis, content optimization tools)
  • Track record of measurable impact owning a content channel
  • Experience balancing brand and performance
  • Operational excellence at pace
  • Data-informed mindset
  • Curiosity about AI/GEO
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
