We are looking for an experienced and motivated growth marketing consultant. Are you a master mind of creating buzz? We have done so for 14 years, achieving double-digit yearly growth and received a few awards along the way. An integral part of our work, is helping our clients reap their business potential online – and that is where you come in to play! We are looking to expand our growth marketing team with a motivated and skilled growth marketing consultant. Maybe you've worked as a paid social consultant, with SEO, SEM, GA, BI, Klaviyo - or all the before mentioned. Maybe you have grown your own business? Job Responsibility:

Understand our clients’ needs and recommend strong digital marketing strategies
Build campaigns
Do audits of existing setups
Drive online marketing activities to drive revenue, hype or build brand for our clients
Work closely with internal resources to grow clients' business
Execute smaller initiatives or prototype bigger ones on your own

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Growth Marketer, Performance Marketing Expert, and/or building and growing your own business
Previous experience in agencies is a big plus
Proven experience in driving positive ROI by optimizing CPA, LTV, and ROAS
Firsthand experience with PPC marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization, SEM, or SEO
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
Experience turning marketing strategy into tangible, tactical campaigns
Familiar with running, monitoring, and optimizing online marketing initiatives
Familiar with driving a positive ROI by building, planning, and running growth initiatives and campaigns
Comfortable with preparing and presenting road maps and strategies to clients
Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion rates

Nice to have:

Love working with UX/UI specialists to analyze client’s current website and suggest design changes to improve conversion and sales (CRO)
Curious to learn CRO
Experience with paid social consultant, SEO, SEM, GA, BI, Klaviyo
