We’re building a new growth squad at InvestorHub and hiring a team of associates who want to build generalist skills across content, community, marketing and partnerships. You'll be joining InvestorHub's go-to-market function which includes our sales and growth engines. This is a deliberately generalist role where you'll work across community, content, and partnerships, contributing to each stream while figuring out where you add the most value. Our market is different to most. We don’t have a discovery problem - we only work with listed companies in Australia and the UK. As such we know who all our potential customers are. Your goal is to build awareness and add value to this group.
Job Responsibility:
support community programming - coordinating dinners, chapter events, and mixers, taking ownership of specific touchpoints over time
contribute to content and social - drafting copy, scheduling, and helping develop our voice across LinkedIn and external platforms
assist with partnerships and sponsorships - research, outreach, logistics, and follow-through
work on sales enablement material - helping build the content and tools that make sales conversations land better
track performance across growth channels and help build the view of what's working
take on projects and own them - you'll be given real responsibility, not just support tasks
work with our team across both our Melbourne and London offices
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in startups, marketing, events, communications, or a similar field
Genuine curiosity - you ask good questions and you're interested in figuring things out
Strong written or video communication skills
An organised, proactive working style - you follow through and don't wait to be chased
Good taste in content and products - you have a view on what's good and what isn't
A genuine interest in capital markets (you don't need to be an expert yet)
Experience in or a willingness to learn the latest tools to leverage content and growth - whether that’s AI, AEO or SEO options
