As the Growth and Campaigns Marketing Manager for UKI, you will lead campaign strategy for the region, using market and customer insight to shape execution. You’ll ensure everything we launch is locally relevant, commercially effective, and grounded in real customer outcomes. This is a pivotal individual contributor role reporting into regional marketing leadership. You’ll own integrated campaigns across acquisition, growth, and retention, working with global teams to ensure everything lands cohesively and drives pipeline and customer growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead campaign strategy for the UKI region, using market and customer insight to define what we run and why
Brief and guide global teams on execution, ensuring strong alignment on messaging, targeting, and goals
Own campaign performance and outcomes, working closely with channel teams who execute
Coordinate timelines and stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively and hit commercial targets agreed with the Head of Marketing
Use AI tools to move faster and improve delivery
Partner with global demand generation and customer marketing teams to deliver regional campaigns across channels
Make customer proof central to every campaign, using real stories and outcomes to drive conversion
Shape and adapt campaign content (e.g. case studies, landing pages, webinars, event narratives) for the UKI market
Manage budgets and track performance using tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Track MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, upsell and customer engagement, using regional insights to optimise performance
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns reflect real customer needs
Feed insights back into global teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in integrated B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS
Customer-first, you use real stories and proof to strengthen campaigns
A strategic thinker who can connect campaigns, channels, and teams
Hands-on and execution-focused, you move quickly and partner with teams to deliver
Collaborative, able to work across global and regional teams to get things done
Data-driven and commercially minded, focused on pipeline, customer growth and performance
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, and quick to learn new ones
A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment
