Job Description:

We are looking for a self-starting, full-cycle AE who can help take our customers to the next level. Our sales motion is a mix of velocity deals plus longer sales-led cycles. This role needs someone who can develop a strong understanding of business needs and guide customers to a solution. This is a hybrid role that is 3 days/week in our Austin office.

Job Responsibility:

Full sales cycle ownership from lead to customer
Prospect into a target account list to generate net new sales opportunities
Help educate Coefficient users throughout their customer lifecycle
Use product metrics to identify how to make customers successful
Deliver feedback from customers on how to drive the product roadmap
Work closely with customers to ensure successful early adoption of our product
Develop a strong understanding of the product, technology ecosystem and use cases

Requirements:

1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
Highly proficient with spreadsheets and a strong desire to get your hands dirty on customer calls
You are a world-class communicator across all mediums
You have excellent organization skills and can effectively prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment
You are analytically minded and love solving ambiguous problems
You're self-motivated, hungry to learn and work both fast and smart
You're passionate about using every touchpoint with a user to turn them into champions
You love high-velocity sales cycles and have no problem keeping yourself organized while working on many opportunities at the same time
