Job Responsibility:
Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts
Lead and refine partner cohort analysis
Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth
Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content)
Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth
Requirements:
You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management
You have Growth / Marketing / Business to Business experience
You are good with numbers
You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment
You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided)
You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement)
You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry
