Job Description

If you have a passion for travel, experience in travel sales, a keen eye for detail and great destination knowledge then you'll fit right in as a Travel Consultant in our Groups team. Job Responsibility

  • Arrange trips for groups of 10 up to 400 for conferences, corporate incentives, sporting bodies, or large family groups
  • Manage all customer needs including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance
  • Work towards KPIs and incentive targets
  • Build customer relationships
  • Build itineraries
  • Create invoices
  • Operate complex booking systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a travel consultant
  • Experience in travel sales
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Great destination knowledge
  • Knowledge of GDS
  • Focus on speed and efficiency
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build itineraries, create invoices, and operate complex booking systems
  • Comfort with complexity
