Are you an organized coordinator who thrives on turning visions into seamless realities and building lasting client connections? At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Groups & Events Executive to elevate our presence in the luxury event market.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle & Convert Requests: Manage incoming group and event inquiries (MICE & Weddings), prepare tailored proposals, and turn leads into confirmed bookings
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Be the main point of contact for clients, planning every detail of their stay or event from A to Z
  • Maximize Revenue: Ensure revenue maximization for rooms, banquets, and unique historic event spaces through effective upselling and yield management
  • Showcase the Property: Conduct inspiring site inspections and represent the Hotel

Requirements

  • Proven track record in event coordination or groups management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or event segment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Impeccable command of English and Czech
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
  • Bachelor's degree
