Job Description:

Lead the product team across Platform Engineering and Engineering Excellence (Developer Experience). Create the best developer experience to drive innovation, scalability and operational excellence with our internal developer platform. Act as a strategic enabler for growth, overseeing products and services across the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC) that aim to turbocharge innovation for over 1,000+ engineers globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform engineering initiatives and developer experience
  • Drive the strategy to transform the developer experience by reducing complexity and embedding AI into developer workflows
  • Own the internal marketing strategy to drive awareness and adoption of platform tools
  • Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements and optimise product decisions through OKRs
  • Directly lead the discovery and execution of the department’s most ambiguous initiatives
