Our client is seeking a Group Technical Auditor to strengthen their central technical function, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice across multiple manufacturing sites. Job Responsibility

  • Leading and conducting internal audits across multiple company sites
  • Managing the internal audit programme to ensure a centralised and consistent approach to technical compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with BRCGS and customer-specific standards
  • Supporting sites during external audits and customer visits
  • Managing supplier audits and supplier approval activities
  • Delivering training and guidance to site teams to ensure they remain up to date with relevant standards, certifications, and best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving corrective actions across the group

Requirements

  • A Lead Auditor qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar technical auditing role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong working knowledge of BRCGS and major retailer standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support teams across multiple sites
  • A proactive and organised approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the business network and visit suppliers
