The Group Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimising the end-to-end supply chain operations across the organisation, ensuring high service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. This role oversees procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites/business units.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a group-wide supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead standardisation of supply chain processes, systems, and KPIs across all sites
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, S&OP, automation)
Oversee strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
