The role: We are looking for a Senior Financial Operations & Excellence Specialist to strengthen the operational backbone of our finance function. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring day-to-day excellence across procurement and finance processes and tools. You will support stakeholders across the organisation, enforce intake discipline, and drive consistent adoption of systems and workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining structure, efficiency and control in a fast-scaling, multi-entity environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigour, process clarity and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of procurement and finance operational processes
  • Act as the main point of contact for finance process and tooling queries
  • Enforce intake discipline and ensure requests follow established workflows
  • Monitor system usage and drive consistent adoption across teams
  • Support stakeholders in navigating procurement and finance tools
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, procurement operations or finance process roles
  • Strong understanding of finance workflows and operational controls
