As Group Sales Manager, you will be an experienced luxury hospitality sales professional with a strong understanding of the MICE and group segments in a fast paced and dynamic hotel environment. You will play a key role in driving group revenue from feeder markets, building long-term relationships with agencies, corporate clients and key partners, and representing the hotel within the global Four Seasons network.
Job Responsibility
Drive group revenue, focusing on corporate groups, incentive travel, and MICE segments
Establish Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens as a preferred luxury destination for planners, agencies, and corporate clients
Proactively generate new group business through strategic prospecting, sales trips, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts
Collaborate closely with Global Sales Offices and internal teams
Conduct regular client meetings
Organise and host site inspections, familiarisation trips, and presentations
Maintain strong product knowledge of all hotel offerings
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Requirements
Proven track record in group/MICE sales within luxury hospitality
Fluency in English (extra language would be considered as an advantage)
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across international teams
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel frequently to the assigned territory
EU Nationals accepted.
