Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking a dynamic and relationship driven Sales Manager, Weddings & Celebrations to lead the sales efforts for one of Mexico's most sought-after luxury wedding and social event destinations. This role is responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships with wedding planners, luxury travel advisors, event designers, and affluent clients seeking exceptional celebrations in a world-class beachfront setting.
Job Responsibility
Lead the sales efforts for one of Mexico's most sought-after luxury wedding and social event destinations
Generate new business and cultivating relationships with wedding planners, luxury travel advisors, event designers, and affluent clients
Collaborate closely with Catering & Conference Services, Events, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Resort Operations
Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and destination experiences
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution
Utilize Salesforce and other sales systems to maintain accurate account information, pipeline management, and forecasting
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive sales experience within luxury hotels, resorts, wedding venues, or high-end event organizations
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in the luxury wedding, social, or group events market
Experience working with wedding planners, event producers, luxury travel advisors, and high-net-worth clientele preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce, Opera, or similar hospitality sales and CRM systems preferred
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and sales missions
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as business demands
Ability to represent the resort at weddings, social events, and industry functions when required
Nice to have
Experience working with wedding planners, event producers, luxury travel advisors, and high-net-worth clientele
Experience with Salesforce, Opera, or similar hospitality sales and CRM systems
