As a Group Sales Coordinator, you will be the key link between our clients, agencies, and the resort, ensuring that every event, meeting, or group enjoys impeccable service from planning through execution. Job Responsibility:
Managing and following up on group, corporate, and special event inquiries, ensuring personalized proposals that reflect The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards
Preparing quotations, contracts, and presentations for events and group packages, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinating with Front Office, Banquets, F&B, Spa, and other departments to ensure flawless event planning and execution
Maintaining strong relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and repeat clients, anticipating their needs and proposing innovative solutions
Managing the confirmation, logistics, and communication process for events, ensuring every detail is monitored until completion
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote group packages, meetings, and special events
Keeping client, contact, and sales activity information updated in the resort’s internal systems
Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to contribute to the resort’s group sales strategy
Requirements:
Previous experience in group sales, event coordination, or corporate account management in luxury hotels or resorts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
natural and authentic when building strong relationships
Ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously, working with precision and attention to detail
Skill in resolving complex situations with professionalism and empathy
Fluency in English and Spanish

Valid work permit for Spain
