Discounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members Marriott Employee Room Rate Discount Program Here is what you will be doing each day: Enter, maintain, and update group room blocks in the property management and reservation systems Monitor group pick-up and communicate updates to the Sales and Revenue teams Process and manage group rooming lists, reservations, and changes prior to arrival Coordinate with Front Office to ensure accurate group arrival preparation and room assignments Review and manage group billing, routing, and payment instructions in accordance with contracts Assist with group master account setup and ensure accurate folio routing and charges Track group inventory and ensure room blocks are managed in accordance with hotel revenue strategies Communicate directly with meeting planners regarding rooming lists, reservations, and billing details Ensure all group reservations are entered accurately and deadlines are met Maintain organized group files and documentation to support internal audits and reporting Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed to ensure successful group execution Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
