About the role of the Group Sales Coordinator: Provide administrative and reporting information support to the Director and Managers of Sales while being familiar with all aspects of the sales planning processes and systems.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary administrative and communication support for the Sales & Marketing team, handling incoming calls, correspondence, and departmental coordination in alignment with Four Seasons standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales systems and records, including group bookings, account traces, WSO inquiries, dashboards, and Golden Sales & Catering data
Prepare, manage, and distribute key sales reports and analytics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support decision-making for Sales and Marketing leadership
Support the Director of Sales and Group Sales Managers with contracts, RFP responses, site visits, and Revenue Maximization meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information
Ensure smooth departmental operations by managing payroll timesheets, office supplies, compliance with Four Seasons policies, and providing operational support during absences or peak periods.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English
A minimum of two (2) years working in Hospitality, Sales, Banqueting, Conference Services, Reservations, or Front Desk operations
College education preferred as well as previous experience in Hospitality or Marketing
One + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
