About the role of the Group Sales Coordinator: Provide administrative and reporting information support to the Director and Managers of Sales while being familiar with all aspects of the sales planning processes and systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary administrative and communication support for the Sales & Marketing team, handling incoming calls, correspondence, and departmental coordination in alignment with Four Seasons standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales systems and records, including group bookings, account traces, WSO inquiries, dashboards, and Golden Sales & Catering data
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute key sales reports and analytics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support decision-making for Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Support the Director of Sales and Group Sales Managers with contracts, RFP responses, site visits, and Revenue Maximization meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Ensure smooth departmental operations by managing payroll timesheets, office supplies, compliance with Four Seasons policies, and providing operational support during absences or peak periods.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • A minimum of two (2) years working in Hospitality, Sales, Banqueting, Conference Services, Reservations, or Front Desk operations
  • College education preferred as well as previous experience in Hospitality or Marketing
  • One + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.

  • College education preferred
