Job Responsibility:
acts as the benefits subject‑matter expert for international markets
supporting the wider VGS Reward team with the delivery of reward expertise, solutions and operational support
leading periodic reviews and renewals of local and international benefit programmes
driving and implementing reward policy and programmes that attract and retain critical talent and skills
supporting business as usual reward processes e.g. the Annual Reward Review ('ARR') and the annual reward benchmarking exercise
managing international mobility for the Vodafone Leadership team
assisting with employment and expatriate tax compliance obligations
participating in the delivery of projects for the wider team
Requirements:
Proven experience working in Reward roles in international and cross-cultural environments
Strong ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Skilled in communicating complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Highly numerate with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
Awareness and understanding of employment and expatriate tax is ideal but not essential
Knowledge of employee benefits and insured arrangements
What we offer:
Yearly bonus: 10%
