Cliste Hospitality is seeking an experienced Group Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of 5–6 managed hotels. This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially sharp operator who has thrived in an international brand environment and understands the pace and complexity of capital city hotel markets. Working closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance, you will drive pricing, inventory and distribution strategies that maximise RevPAR, rooms profit and total revenue across the group.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across all managed properties, with an individual segment and channel mix strategy per hotel
Optimise room inventory across transient, corporate, group, OTA and events segments to maximise RevPAR and gross profit
Drive Total Revenue Management strategies across rooms, F&B, meetings & events and ancillary revenue
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on corporate rate strategy, international group volumes, MICE and CRM campaigns
Manage room block policies for weddings, conferences and events
grow upsell revenue across room types and ancillary services
Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual forecasts
monitor KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and market penetration
Prepare revenue performance presentations for group leadership and conduct variance analysis with corrective recommendations
Oversee rate loading and parity across all channels (brand.com, OTAs, GDS, direct) and build strong OTA partner relationships
Evaluate channel performance and cost of acquisition
identify new distribution opportunities in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
Conduct regular competitive set analysis and adjust strategies based on seasonality, events and market dynamics
Project manage PMS installations and evaluate emerging revenue management AI technologies to keep the group at the forefront
Chair weekly revenue meetings with each hotel, drive clear actions and ensure alignment across group strategy sessions
Coach and develop the revenue, reservations and front office teams
support budgeting and annual business planning
Requirements:
A minimum of six years’ hotel revenue management experience
Experience as a group or cluster revenue manager overseeing multiple hotels — this is essential
Revenue management experience within an international hotel brand — this is essential
Capital city hotel market experience, demonstrating the ability to operate in high-demand, competitive environments
Advanced data analysis, forecasting and commercial acumen with strong presentation skills
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across multi-property environments
Proficiency with PMS, RMS and distribution platforms
