We are currently looking for a Group Quality Lead to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our Quality performance across the business. This is a pivotal position responsible for driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture across all STR facilities and projects. This role ensures safe operations, high‑quality deliverables, and overall QHSE stewardship across all STR facilities and projects.

Requirements:
Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all Quality matters
Maintain, develop, and continually improve the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications
Monitor, analyse, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance
Plan, conduct, and support internal audits and manage external supplier audits
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and industry standards
Develop, review, and support the implementation of risk assessments, safe systems of work, safety procedures, and emergency response plans
Monitor and maintain KPIs for HSE performance
Lead and actively promote Quality initiatives, including TOFS, TOFQ, and 6S
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture through training, coaching, engagement activities, and visible leadership
Monitor the organisation’s environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Implement waste reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainability initiatives
Prepare environmental reports and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies
Provide Quality expertise and input during project planning and execution
Adhere to all STR policies and procedures
