  • Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all QHSE matters
  • Maintain, develop, and continually improve the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications
  • Monitor, analyse, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance
  • Plan, conduct, and support internal audits and manage external supplier audits
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop, review, and support the implementation of risk assessments, safe systems of work, safety procedures, and emergency response plans
  • Monitor and maintain KPIs for HSE performance
  • Lead and actively promote QHSE initiatives, including TOFS, TOFQ, and 6S
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture through training, coaching, engagement activities, and visible leadership
  • Monitor the organisation’s environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Implement waste reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with the company’s ESG policy
  • Prepare environmental reports and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies
  • Provide QHSE expertise and input during project planning and execution
  • Adhere to all STR policies and procedures
