This is a highly visible, technical role where you’ll lead complex projects, enhance processes, and ensure our reporting remains robust, compliant, and future-ready. You’ll combine strong IFRS expertise with a commercial mindset to deliver meaningful improvements across the Group. Job Responsibility
Leading transformation initiatives across Group Finance, improving processes and documentation
Enhancing year-end statutory accounts & consolidation, month-end and investor reporting, risk management and transfer pricing, accounting policies and governance
Identifying opportunities to leverage technology and AI for efficiency gains
Reviewing and strengthening capitalisation policies and frameworks (fixed assets, software, site planning)
Collaborating with divisional finance teams to drive consistency and best practice
Supporting wider finance projects and contributing to continuous improvement
Ensuring all outputs comply with IFRS and relevant tax legislation
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Group reporting
Proven experience leading complex finance projects
Consolidation experience within a Group environment
Track record of improving processes and strengthening controls
Advanced Excel skills
Experience reviewing work and providing clear, constructive feedback
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
Nice to have
Experience with SAP
Background in Group Technical Accounting (e.g. transfer pricing, recharges, shareholder reporting)
