Job Description:

Loom is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the product growth function, drive vision and strategy, manage a team of PMs, and contribute to high-impact needs. The role entails responsibility for self-serve revenue, product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to acquire, activate, and monetize more teams. This is a remote role available between PST and EST time zones.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for self-serve revenue
lead a high-performing, metrics-oriented team to drive growth across the self-serve business
create systems and processes to ensure the health of growth funnel inputs and outputs
own product strategy, roadmap, and execution of new features that enable Loom to acquire, activate, and monetize more teams
work with Core Product to ensure building toward a connected vision
collaborate across design, engineering, data, research, and marketing teams for successful product delivery
set team goals and north star metrics aligned with Loom’s mission
liaise with stakeholders across all levels of Loom to define Growth & Monetization strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements:

7+ years of product management experience, 3+ years of management experience
comfortable leading a portfolio of different domains and projects cutting across the organization
experience in Pricing & Packaging
strong people management experience with a love for developing and mentoring PMs
proven track record of successfully developing and executing B2C and B2B growth strategies
experience developing predictable models of growth and revenue metrics with regular reporting cadences for executives and cross-functional partners
experience working directly with both product and sales teams and being held to performance numbers
data-driven with a willingness to get into the weeds
track record for building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams
belief in the power of video and its ability to transform communication at work
knack for distilling complex problems affecting many stakeholders
excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable managing high-stakes communications
ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in an organized and structured way.
