Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of experience in product management
  • 12+ years of product management experience building and scaling customer-facing products from 0 to 1 and 1 to N
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading Product Managers or product leaders
  • Proven track record of owning product vision, multi-year strategy, and portfolio-level prioritization
  • Experience building and shipping AI or data-powered products
  • Proficient product sense grounded in customer insight
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and adoption
  • Proficient cross-functional leadership and influence
