Job Description:

We are looking for a Group Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Dealer Inventory & Performance organisation. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers and drive the strategy, vision, and delivery of products that shape how thousands of dealers source, price, buy, and sell cars online. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business development, marketing and sales teams to maximise dealer margins, reduce operational costs, and improve dealer business value. You will report to the Director of Product.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a group of 3–5 Product Managers and co-lead an organisation of ~30 people together with Engineering, Design, and Business Development
  • Define and execute product strategy, and roadmap for dealer inventory and performance initiatives
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop solutions that solve real dealer problems
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, running discovery and testing directly with them to ensure product-market fit and measurable business outcomes
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and communication at all levels

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years managing Product Managers
  • Strategic thinker able to translate trends, customer needs, and business goals into clear product direction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong analytical capability and use of metrics to guide decisions
  • Adaptable and resilient working in a fast-changing environment
  • B2+ German language level for dealer-facing discovery and collaboration
  • Experience building marketplace products, internal tools, or B2B SaaS solutions
